Warren Levy - CEO & Managing Partner
Warren has 28 years of International oil and gas experience in the E&P & services space. He is an energy policy expert with extensive experience developing natural resource and other companies in over 20 countries on four continents. Warren has led numerous companies in major local and regional growth through building high performance teams. He has also raised significant capital for projects, both as a project principal and as an advisor. Warren has also served on numerous charity, public and private company boards.
Miles Lewis - Partner
Miles has over 30 years of investment banking experience. He was formerly Head of Equity Derivative Sales at Credit Lyonnais, Managing Director of Compass Investment Mgmt’s technology venture arm and a Director of London’s leading small cap Natural Resource focused merchant bank, Strand Hanson where he has advised on renewable and conventional energy, mining and telecoms projects. He is a founder and President for Latin America of NeoGreen Hydrogen Corp., a green hydrogen project development company in Paraguay.
Hernan Montoya - Finance Lead
Hernan has 20+ years of finance experience and business development working with global logistics companies, oilfield services companies and renewable energy projects. He has worked as CFO for private and publicly listed companies including acting as CFO for companies going public on the Toronto Stock Exchange . He nd has experience in over 10 countries during his career.
Jordan Coleman - Operations Lead
Jordan has 17+ years of experience in oilfield operations. After starting his career in Schlumberger, he has held numerous production, drilling and operational supervision roles in Latin America. He has worked in the US, Argentina, Paraguay during his career.
James Leech - Corporate Secretary and Counsel
James practices corporate/commercial and business law with an emphasis on corporate finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, construction and day to day corporate and commercial activities for public and private issuers, entrepreneurs, underwriters and investment dealers. He regularly provides advice on corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations and other regulatory compliance matters.
Gary Pidcock - Sr. Operations Advisor
Gary has has a 40 year carreer in virtually every aspect of oilfield operations. He has worked for majors and juniors from Canada to Latin America, Asia and Africa. he also worked for Schlumberger's Integrated Project Management Group and led new ventures at Estrella International Energy Services. He has extensive experience in remote operations, incuding artic, jungle and high altitude.
Luis Aviles - Sr. Business Development Advisor
Luis has had a 35 year career in the oil and gas sector. He has worked in North and South America and Europe. After starting his career at Schlumberger as a field Engineer he held various management and sales roles there before being the VP of Sales and Marketing at Estrella International Energy Services. Over the last eight years Luis has led numerous market entries for energy companies, participated in the development of alternative energy projects and led sales teams around Latin America.
Rodrigo Llano - Finance
Seasoned executive with a background in financial management with experience driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency in dynamic environments. He has worked as VP at Santander Investment Banking, Sciens Capital Management, and Navix, where he honed solid skills in valuation, financial analysis, investment strategy, portfolio management, and client engagement. Rodrigo holds an MS in Real Estate, Finance & Investments from New York University and a BS in Finance and Investment Management from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
Reuban Raj - Quality HSE and Sustainability Lead
Reuben has 20+ years of experience in oilfield and sustainable operations. He has been involved in cultural, social and safety projects in Asia, Europe and Africa. He is considered a leader in motivation and communicative management.
Guillaume Borrel - Geothermal Lead
Guillaume has had a 25+ year career spanning the globe. He started his career with Schlumberger where he held numerous technical and management positions before taking on roles with global responsibilities.
Most recently Guillaume was the CEO of Lithium de France, a pioneering company using geothermal brines to provide energy and as a source of Lithium
He holds an Engineering degree from the Ecole Polytechnique in France.
James Edmiston - Strategic Advisor
James has thirty-five years of experience in Oil & Gas with extensive global experience. Previously held various senior positions in Conoco Phillips and was President of Dubai Petroleum and CEO of Harvest Natural Resources.
Hesketh Streeter - Strategic Advisor
Hesketh has over 45 years of experience in the petroleum sector. He held numerous senior management positions while with BP throughout Latin America, the North Sea, the Middle East and the US. After leaving BP he became the CEO of ENAP/Sipetrol leading their operations in Chile, Argentina, Ecuador and Egypt. He has held many board positions and currently acts as a strategic advisor for Viking Engineering.
Michael Tory - Strategic Advisor
Michael is a co-founder and Chairman of Ondra LLP. Previously, he served as head of UK investment banking for Lehman Brothers Inc. Michael served as Morgan Stanley’s head of UK investment banking. He has been an adviser to London Stock Exchange Plc and a member of Lehman’s European executive committee.
